<p>A Message from The President’s Desk The Great Scientist Albert Einstein justly pointed out “Try not to become a person of success, but rather try to become a person of value”. In this project of building the children, the very valuable human resources of our future days, educational institutions play a very vital role. The main function of the great Institution of learning is to train the minds and the qualities of the taughts. An ideal Institution can transmit to them the best of the culture of the society in a greater sense. The institution can transfer the good ideas of the society and learning from history for the proper shaping of the future generation. Following this perspective, Belda English Medium School started its journey in the year 1991 under the name “Today's School”. It dreams for the contribution of its productions in the building of a good nation. It believes that education is the most powerful instrument of social, economic and cultural development of a developing country like India.

<p>Nelson Mandela once said “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” and it still rings so true in our time and generation. With ever increasing uncertainty of what future holds in terms of career and employment opportunities, it has indeed become necessary to educate a child not only in what we know but equip him/her with the necessary skills for acquiring knowledge for the future.

<p>And to that effect we Endeavour to provide opportunities for students to push their limits and grow in any field of their interest. With a strong academic base, we also focus on enhancing every students creativity, critical thinking, soft skills and leadership skills through art, music, theatre and dance. Through math, technology and science students gain skills to navigate the world, experiencing ample opportunities to explore their own talents, interests and passions. And by doing so the children are not only just equipped to take job but also they learn how to solve the problems of the society and learn the humanity through their ingenuity.</p>
<p>Our education programme is underpinned by our core values, so that our students develop leadership qualities with a global outlook and principles that are essential in making them responsible citizens of the world.</p>

<p>Belda English Medium School has come to it's present state by walking.This has not only enhanced the external structure, but also has brought about a huge positive change in the quality structure.This change has filled the minds of people in this area, especially of the guardians and I remain thankful to them forever. I wish to express my gratitude to all the teachers who have contributed and are still contributing their might to the growth and development of the school. But more importantly,I wish to express my earnest gratitude to the School Management Committee that is able to create a harmonious environment for the smooth running of the school.

<p>This school has been flourishing expanding it's petals of development at a notable rate even been situating at a remote area of West Midnapore.The reputation of this institution has been widened through the excellence in the results of last three ICSE board examinations with 100% passing rate.In the present year 2020, our school has proved it's capability keeping everyone at surprise in its splendid result securing highest marks (98.60%) in the district.I think all the inhabitants of our locality may take pride for this achievement as without their blessings and co-operationthis institution couldn't reach to such a height.Hope this website of the school will be beneficial for them who seeks for information regarding this institution.May God continue to bless and protect this institution at all times.</p>

The school always tries to be a temple of excellence. I am sure that all the teachers are efficient to generate the perfection, already in the students. We are in an oath to the people of greater Belda that we should leave no stone unturned to equip the students for facing the challenges in every sphere of their lives. The school can boast of its good faculty, innovative teaching-learning procedure, internal assignment system, equipped & digital library, and inspiring Co-Curricular activities, discipline, Excursion, picnic, Regular Health Check-up, cultural activities, surveillance through 35 C.C.T.Vs, scientific study through smart board from Nursery to Class X, self-supporting firefighting arrangement, creative writing arrangement, Magazine & wall Magazine, playing arrangement etc. In fine I would like to convey my congratulations to all, involved with the Belda Tagore Society for mass education and rural Development, the school management, the principal, the staff of all categories and the parents & guardians for their co-operations in all respect.
